VBS for PARENTS!
July 10th – 14th
7 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
at NVBC – Modular Classroom (in the back of the church)
Our greatest responsibility, joy and fear is – raising our children right the first time! How are you doing with this? Do you wish to learn … ask questions …learn from others … receive God’s wisdom? Remember the responsibility of raising your child is not the society, school or the church – it is yours.
While your children are at VBS, we have an offer for you – come and spend 5 nights with us for a “Parenting with Dessert Evening”. This is limited to 24 people (a combination of couples*, single parents).
Some Possible Topics to be Discussed:

o Parenting – the challenges and joys
o Parent : Child Relationship – what builds and destroys
o Disciplining your Child – age appropriate
o Education and Work – homework, ethics, chores

o Family, Friends & Church – social structures
o Appropriateness – behavior, talk, and clothes
o Friendships and Dating
o Other

We think you will have a great time and find benefit in this session!
To be a part of the Adult & Parenting VBS, we ask that you register in advance by filling out the registration form below. Space is limited to the first 24 adults.
We are asking for a $20 donation to help cover the costs of this VBS program.
